# Wanas Payroll

> Wanas Payroll is cloud payroll software for Egyptian companies that use Zoho People. It turns the employees, attendance and leave you already keep in Zoho People into correct Egyptian payroll. Designed and built by Wanas Apps FZ-LLC, a Zoho Premium Partner. Flat USD 30 per month or USD 240 per year per organization, with a 14-day free trial and no card.

Wanas Payroll is a hosted web app at https://payroll.wanasapps.com. It reads employees, attendance, leave and holidays from a company's Zoho People organization (read-only) and calculates Egyptian payroll: social insurance (Law 148/2019), Universal Health Insurance, income tax (Law 7/2024), the martyrs' fund and ETA tax treatments 01 to 05. It produces bilingual payslips, bank transfer files and reports. The interface is available in English and Arabic (right to left).

## Pricing

- Monthly: USD 30 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual: USD 240 per year (USD 20 per month).
- Flat per organization, not per employee. All features included. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
- Zoho Books add-on (coming soon): USD 5 per month or USD 60 per year on top of the plan.

## Who it is for

- Egyptian employers, HR and finance teams and accountants who run payroll in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and use Zoho People.
- Only an Admin of a Zoho People organization can create the organization (sign in with Zoho); payroll officers and employees are invited afterwards.

## Limits and honest caveats

- It needs Zoho People; it is not a standalone HR system.
- Direct submission to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) payroll tax platform is not available yet. Earnings and deductions already carry the ETA treatment codes.
- Statutory values (insurance limits, tax brackets, minimum wage) are kept in versioned rule sets; an accountant should review the first pay runs.
- End-of-service settlements under Labour Law 14/2025 are pending a lawyer and accountant review.
- Bank file layouts are editable defaults and should be confirmed with the bank.
- Foreign-currency salaries are not supported yet.
